Orders

The act of placing an order by the buyer implies acceptance of the conditions of sale below: The order can be placed online, by e-mail, letters, phone (+30 2103319717) or by fax (+30 2103319716). Payment can be made either online by credit card secure SSL, PayPal payment, or by bank transfer).

Products and Warranty

The products are certified organic by DIONET, agency responsible for the inspection and certification of organic products in Greece. www.dionet.gr
All our products are controlled by the Faculty of Agriculture, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
Some products may have slight differences in appearance or texture because of their craftsmanship.

Price

We accept credit card payments for orders worth more than 15 euro. Our prices are inclusive of tax, and are subject to change based on increases in the market, including fluctuations in exchange rates. If higher, the buyer will be notified before shipping. The seller retains the right to change the price of an item to the extent it is the result of a printing mistake or input in the price.

Expeditions

The goods travel at the risk of the recipient. Your orders will be processed in order of arrival. Shipments take place only after receipt of full payment for the goods and shipping. Generally we ship within two days of receipt of full payment. ELTA COURIERS for Greece, FEDEX for Europe and international, and Hellas Logistics for parcels over 100 kilo according to pricelist.

The buyer must ensure, to the administrations of the importing country, permits to import certain foods. The company Melion PC disclaims any liability for seizure of goods at customs.


Retention of title clauses

The goods remain the property of Melion PC until full payment of the invoice and delivery charges.

Retraction

The buyer has a right of withdrawal and returns an item without any reasons. It should be expressed within 7 days after receiving the order. Full refund of the order due to you within 30 days, except for return shipping costs.

Disputes

Thank you for notifying us within 2 days by registered mail for all disputes. After this time no action will be taken into account, the carrier is solely responsible for the delivery. Courts of the city of Athens Greece are the only competent.
